Blue is a special baby that came to us in October. Due to misdiagnosis and lack of care with the original owner, Blue has severe bladder issues. He had a perineal urethrostomy on November 10th in the hopes this will help him urinate on his own again, and acupuncture treatments to try and help him walk. If the surgery doesn't work, he will have to be manually expressed to keep his bladder empty. He has such a warrior spirit, though! He’s completely alert, plays with his toys, scoots all around his pen, and best of all he has a voracious appetite! He loves his Beechnut chicken and turkey baby food and raw. When it’s time to relax, he buries under his blankets, so there’s always at least 6-7 of them so he can bury as much as he wants!
