Mimi Mimi is our newest and youngest rescue, she was the beloved baby of a young man who had to surrender her to us due to him feeling that he was unable to give her enough playtime outside of the cage. He was looking for a loving, permanent home for her and was satisfied when he found us that she would be well taken care of as well as loved. He did ask us to promise that Mimi was now in her forever home and that she would not be adopted out. At only 1 ½ years of age it is rather startling having this active ball of energy flying through the house, as most of the ferrets here are elderly and she is about as playful and full of naughty ferret energy as she can be.

She loves her N-bones and chicken Bandit treats. She was originally on Marshalls Ferret Food, but she has started eating our mix of ferret food very well. Rampaging through the rooms she is allowed to play in she quite enjoys knocking things off tables and watching them fall to the floor. Her special favorite thing to do is to knock off glasses full of liquid, she thinks this is quite funny!
I am still learning her likes and dislikes, but since she is a free roam ferret , bedding like blankies and sleep sacks are preferred as she is not usually in a cage to use a hammock.
