Care Bear is a feisty girl only one year old. She and her brother Eugene have been at the shelter since April, and they are ready for their forever home. Care Bear and Eugene mind their P's and Q's and never leave the toilet seat up. Care Bear would love some Marshall kibble for her friends at the shelter. She would also love a forever home for her and her brother, but she says she'll settle for a few puppy pads or toys.
