Fuzz came to us with his bonded mate a few years ago. Unfortunately she had health issues that were beyond repair and she passed shortly after coming. Thankfully Fuzz was able to grieve more easily knowing he had so many ferret ferrets here for him. This year has been hard on him. He ended up developing cancer on his pre-pubice (penis area). While surgery was done to remove the tumor, that area is harder to get margins for without requiring major corrective surgery like rerouting the urethra. We are hoping it does not grow back and that he had easy days from here on out.
