Moose

Moose Dear Santa, My name is Moose. I came to WVFS earlier this year after I was rescued by a kind lady who saw a listing on the internet that said I needed a new home that day or I would be dumped outside. When she arrived at my home, I was a mess. I was being kept in a very small dirty cage, and I was covered in poop, dehydrated and emaciated. My previous owner said I had an accident a few months back and could no longer walk. Shelter mom took me to the vet to be evaluated and the doctor said I was in very rough shape and my issues are neurological, and was not sure I would have a good quality of life. Shelter mom was not ready to give up on me and since arriving at WVFS I have been so happy! I have regained my eyesight and while I am not the most coordinated and need help to go to the bathroom often, I am allowed to explore and be the very best ferret I can be. Since shelter mom often has to express my bladder, and I like to try and help, she often gets pee on her. Shelter mom uses free and clear wet wipes to help clean up until she can wash her hands. We are out of wet wipes, so Santa if you could please send us some to help out shelter mom that would be great! Thank you so much for listening to my story. We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and the best new year!
