Dizzy Izzy and Gander Goose arrived at our shelter as part of a group of four. Understandably, they became quite stressed after their surrender, which led to some medical challenges. Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, a few of them have been taken home for rehabilitation and extra care.
Gander Goose is awaiting surgery, and we’re hopeful it can be performed soon to help her on her path to recovery. Dizzy Izzy needs a little extra love at mealtime—she requires soupies three times a day but insists on being held and finger-fed to eat properly.
We’re giving these girls all the care and attention they need, and we’re optimistic they’ll soon be on their way to becoming happy, healthy, and thriving once again!
