Meet Grizzly, he's 5+ yrs old and has Waardensburg syndrome, he's deaf and, well, he's not the brightest crayon in the box.The Griz came to RFRL because he was a "bad, vicious biter", plus he had the largest chordoma tumor on his tail.
After his surgery to get rid of that nasty tumor, Griz became more sociable to other ferrets, and while he's not affectionate to people, he'll look straight into your eyes, holding your attention, doesn't blink...and that's when you realize The Griz speaks and hears with his eyes, they are his own special language.
